Refund policy

1. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with Art. 50 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act (CPA), transposing Directive 2011/83/EU.

2. How to return a product

To exercise your right of withdrawal, send a clear statement to atwov.group@gmail.com including your order number and details. Goods must be returned within 14 days of notifying us, in their original packaging, unused and fully sealed. Still in resaleable condition.

3. Refunds

We will refund all payments received, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method you used for the order. We may withhold the refund until we receive and confirm the goods condition. The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by you.

4. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery (Art. 57 CPA). This may apply to certain textile products for personal use.

5. Legal guarantee of conformity

You are entitled to a statutory 2-year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery. In case of non-conformity you have the right to repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract as provided by law. Claims: atwov.group@gmail.com.

Product Care and Normal Wear

The products contain an active textile technology whose effectiveness and appearance depend on proper care. Please follow the washing and maintenance instructions provided on the product label.

Normal wear and tear, changes in color, or a reduction in effect resulting from use, washing, or failure to follow the care instructions do not constitute a manufacturing defect and are not grounds for a claim under the legal guarantee of conformity.

The legal guarantee of conformity covers non-conformities existing at the time of delivery, and not damage caused by improper use, storage, or maintenance by the customer.

6. Reseller notice

We are a retailer (reseller) of Iluminage Beauty products and are not the manufacturer. All product information and claims originate from the manufacturer. We provide no commercial guarantees of our own and make no promises regarding results from use of the products. Your statutory consumer rights remain fully in force.
