Shipping policy

1. Courier and coverage

Bulgaria: we ship via Econt or Speedy — to a courier office or an address of the Customer's choice.

EU & Rest of the world: we ship via Interconnect or Bulgarian Posts.

2. Delivery time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

• Bulgaria: typically 1–3 business days after dispatch.
• International orders: approximately 5–10 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

Times are indicative and may vary during peak periods..

3. Shipping cost

Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on the courier's rates and destination.

4. Customs and taxes for international orders

For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties, taxes or fees may be charged by local authorities. These costs are borne by the Customer and are not included in the order or shipping price.

5. Receipt and inspection

On receipt, please check the parcel's integrity. In case of visible damage to the packaging, file a report with the courier at the time of delivery. The risk of loss or damage passes to the Customer upon receipt of goods.

6. Tracking

After dispatch you will receive a tracking number at the email you provided.
