2. General

These Terms govern the relationship between AVANDI GROUP LTD ("Seller") and any person ("Customer") using the online store. By placing an order, the Customer accepts these Terms.

3. Products and prices

We sell authentic products only in their original packaging. All prices are in EUR, VAT included where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices and availability without notice. Images are for illustration purposes.

4. Reseller status and liability

The Seller is a retailer (reseller) and not the manufacturer of the products offered. All descriptions, specifications and claims, including for the "anti-ageing" line, originate from the manufacturer Iluminage Beauty and are provided "as is".

The Seller gives no guarantees of its own and makes no commitment to any specific results from use of the products. Any information about effects is informational only and does not constitute a medical, cosmetic or health promise. The products are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any disease.

The Seller's liability is limited to the consumer's statutory rights (right of withdrawal and legal guarantee of conformity). Liability for manufacturing defects rests with the manufacturer under applicable law.

5. Conclusion of contract

The contract is concluded once the Seller confirms the order by email. The Seller may refuse an order in case of stock unavailability or an obvious pricing error.

6. Payment

Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments. The Seller has no access to your full card details.
